Tim and his team have been an absolute dream to work with. Since our initial call, he assured me his team would hold our hand and be there every step of the way . They went above and beyond and helped us achieve our dream and we now our our forever home. Would recommend to anyone! Big props to Matt and Nathan and all the team.

Every person I spoke with on that team was so knowledgeable and had THE best customer service. If you’re looking to find an amazing lending team to go with, choose them I promise you will not be disappointed.
After looking at properties on and off for several years and working with a few different lenders, Timothy and his team were amazing. Their follow through was on-point. They were always available to answer any questions we had and got back to us right away. They got us a really good rate. I would 100% use them again in the future.
This Timothy Potempa was supposed to be the number one lender in the game. He runs a team that works directly under him. When I applied for my pre-approval I didn’t expected to speak to 5-10 different people over the phone. That experience was overwhelming and confusing because I didn’t know who was who and what role they played in this process of getting pre-approved. I expected to speak directly with Timothy Potempa but that wasn’t the case. When I had questions and reached out to Potempa’s Team, no one ever got back to me. I would reach out directly to Timothy Potempa and leave several voicemails. My calls were never returned and my questions and concerns were left unaddressed.
I had a horrible experience working with this team. Receiving the pre-approval letter was a nightmare. The team was never honest, clear, or straightforward about anything. I had to complain over and over again just to be able to obtain MY pre-approval and have it emailed. I emphasize on “MY” because it was my information they were using to run the numbers yet it was a nuisance and difficult to get that pre-approval letter.
I stopped working with the Potempa’s team. I stopped answering their phone calls and emails. It’s funny how they’re able to reach out to you as a customer when they need something (I.e. personal information) but when you reach out to them you get the run around. This was a horrible home buying process experience.

I was treated with respect and professionalism which is hard to come by these days. I got help extremely quickly and all of my questioned were answered. I feel like I’m in great hands.

Efficient and effective in getting the required work done within the time frame. Some follow up required from the home buyer, but the team lift their work rate when the deadline was required.
The Potempa Team was very professional and efficient during my homebuying experience. There was one little hiccup in communication but it didn't ruin the home purchase. They stayed on top of tasks to make sure we would close on time. They were also quick to get my pre-approval letter ready when I began putting in offers and were very accommodating when making changes.
The tone given me once I notified them that I wanted to use my bank was offensive and condescending. I've been with my bank for well over a decade and they are military-centric with support for all my VA needs including loans. I wish I could copy it here but this is enough "Do me a favor, after you find that perfect home..reach out to your bank and see if they answer.... "...when someone says they are working with a bank over a mortgage company. It has to be lack of knowledge. .."
My mouth dropped! I've blocked the numbers from this group. I felt the tone was aggressive and bullying. Not professional and advisory.
