Was working with a buyer who used David as their lender. When they failed to close on time because David was not ready (and told us the day before losing), he said he would cover the additional costs to us for not closing on time. When we got the closing documents with additional costs on our side, he ignored all communication from us and only told the escrow officer that he never promised anything. Didn't matter that we sent the email to the escrow officer. Since it wasn't the buyer's fault, we decided not to penalize her but I've advised anyone I know plus realtors to avoid working with any clients who use David.
My husband and I were devastated when our original lender gave us the heart breaking news that they were not going to be moving forward with closing on our loan 3 days before our scheduled closing date due to a clerical error. David was referred to us by our realtor and while we were beyond worried anything could be done, he stepped us and eased our minds. The process was quick, easy and, most of all, stress relieving! We can not thank David, Lori and their team enough for all their help!!
David was competent and delightful to work with! He accommodated my work schedule and communication needs. I received frequent updates and stayed on schedule. When something changed he provided a prompt explanation. This was by far the simplest of the last 8 transactions I have been through. David’s assistant loan processor Lori was equally professional and responsive. Great team!
David always responds immediately to any questions or inquiries and even answered during non-business hours. David is extremely detailed and thorough as he guided me through this process.
Definitely do not recommend. Was belittled and talked to very rudely on several occasions. We turned to our realtor when we had questions because any time we asked David he was extremely condescending. Will be speaking to his higher ups about our awful experience buying our first home.
David is very knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed every step of the way. He came highly recommended by a close friend and David did not disappoint.
