Getarate got me a loan with a “GREAT INTEREST RATE!” in about three weeks. I initially started looking with two big lenders. They “QUICKLY CHASED” me with their offers. These lenders initially offered me a moderate interest rate without taking into account my credit score (785/792/802) and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Nor did they take into account the fact that my Debt to income was "VERY" Good. Then, I was introduce to Eric Daker from getarate by a friend. Going off of the same information I gave those bigger lenders who “QUICKLY CHASED” me with their offers. But, he offered me a 5/8 of a point lower interest rate than the bigger lenders. Then, when I took his offer to the bigger lenders, they told me go head and lose your house because getarate will promise to close your loan in less than 30 day, but it won’t happen. But, I’m here to tell you that my loan closed in three weeks. And, a week of that time was because the seller delayed the process. Eric Daker is the MAN!!!!!
