Things were initially going well on a refi, sent all paperwork and no problems. Spent $ to have house appraised, then Chris disappeared. No call backs, no messages, no follow-ups even though the house appraised higher than expected.

Chris was very responsive up through the lock because we have impeccable credit and are highly qualified. Then, MIA along with a staff that is clearly just plowing through applicants in a numbers game. Questions like: "when is the loan estimate going to be corrected?" took 4 weeks and a dozen phone, texts, emails to finally take care of. And, when I shared a potential situation with the loan on my end that I proactively brought up within the first week, Chris did not acknowledge it AND his coordinator said it shouldn't be a big deal. I then provided proactive documentation within the first month to explain the situation and asked that if this was going to be an issue, that I'd like to know sooner rather than later. BUT even through the conditional approval, everyone said it shouldn't be an issue. Til today - 7 weeks in and Chris sends an email stating that he reviewed the documents I sent 3-4 weeks ago detailing the situation. The email was three sentences...."I read it, it's a deal breaker, your loan is declined." No I'm sorry, I wish I could have done something more, I should have read your documents earlier. So we don't care that it was declined. We'll get another loan. But the unprofessionalism, pure lack of consideration and blatant disregard for the customer is what amazes me. He does have low rates so if you're willing to be ignored and potentially strung along like we were, good luck. But I'm working with another company right now that has impeccable service, had rock bottom rates and is very responsive and transparent. A different world.

I am closing on a house in 2 weeks. I had been shopping for a mortgage on line and submitted a request on a Sat night. I heard back from Chris on Sunday morning. He was the most responsive mortgage professional and his team worked with me diligently to get the ball rolling. Christopher was able to give me THE MOST competitive rate of all the people i tried with. As i had to lock in the rate for an extended period of time, he watched the markets and also gave me a float down at the most appropriate time to save me an additional .25%. His team and Christopher make the mortgage process very simple and cut out all the drama.
