This was our second time buying a home, we were about to go with our original lender but met with Mr. Capote. I am so glad we took the time to meet with him because our original choice would have been almost 10,000 more in closing costs plus a higher interest rate. Frankie went above and beyond getting our mortgage done. We closed early, he even did some stuff for ours that our realtor (which was horrible) should have done and would have cost us time in a later closing. He was also very organized and only asked for the necessary paperwork and only once. We were even able to close before the 30 days. This guy knows what he is doing you will not regret using him for your mortgage loan.
